League Structure

Overview

The Metro Alumni Circuit (M.A.C.) is a structured competitive league designed for alumni players looking to stay active, competitive, and connected to the game. The league is organized into divisions, managed by General Managers, and governed by a set of rules that ensure fair, high-level play throughout the season.

Division 1

Ages 25–39

The Circuit's open competitive tier for alumni in their athletic prime.

Division 2

Ages 40+

A veteran tier built for alumni who still bring it every possession.

  • *Each team's roster is composed of alumni who attended and/or graduated from that school.
  • *Team IND is composed of alumni from Texas schools that are not listed.
  • *Team OOS is composed of alumni from schools outside of the State of Texas.

Team Structure

General Manager (GM)

Each team is led by a GM and Team Ambassador who are responsible for roster management, team operations, team communication, and admin. GMs are selected through an application process.

Players

Players register through the M.A.C. registration form and are assigned to teams by the GM or through a draft process. All players must be in good standing with the league to participate.

League Officials

Metro DFW Basketball staff oversee scheduling, officiating, standings, and rule enforcement throughout the season.
